Chapter 13 Rhetorical Precis

In their book, Good Reasons, Lester Faigley and Jack Selzer discuss the importance of how to better understand how to create effective proposal arguments. The authors back up their claim by giving insight into how to properly sway their readers that their solution is the "right" solution. In order to reach out to their audience, Faigley and Selzer include examples of how to get started on a proposal argument with a drafting process as well as including examples of a successful proposal argument in a structured article. The authors of Good Reasons have a relaxed and informative tone which targets students interested in learning how to further their proposal arguments.
